Working with mission-driven organizations to increase their impact

Our
Story

Calypso Strategy and Research was founded in 2022 as a small, woman-owned business providing consulting services to mission-driven organizations determined to make an impact in their communities. Founder, Dr. Kristine Chadwick, has more than 30 years of experience in program evaluation, logic model development, and strategic planning.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

PreK through Doctoral Education: We have deep roots working within the PreK-20 education system. From grant writing to program evaluation, put our extensive knowledge and decades of experience to work for your education-focused organization or program.

Human Services: Steeped in knowledge of community impact and behavior change models, we collaborate with service-based organizations and coalitions to craft efficient and effective grant applications, community engagement processes, strategic plans, theories of change, and evaluation designs.

Prevention and Wellness: We have extensive knowledge and experience evaluating prevention and health promotion initiatives. Let us help your program through grant writing, community asset and gap analyses, thought partnership to grow your program's impact, logic model development, and evaluation for improvement and outcomes assessment.

Working with Kristine was one of the best decisions I made for our project—she helped us identify areas to grow as a team and improve our work in significant ways. I jumped at the chance to work with her again on a new project, and she continues to impress!

I’ve worked with Dr. Chadwick for several years and she always leaves me with critical insights and “think-abouts.” Her vast experience conducting research in the education sector, developing measurement tools, and research methodology has proven, time and again, to be a value-add to our organization.
